There is option Nx-Forms provided in ProfitNx Premium Version. Nx-Forms are used for different types of use like maintaining data and collecting data like forms and then use for many ways.

You can make Forms as per your convenience you can add the field as per user need like Date, Text , Numbers , and some other field as per requirement .Also you can Import directly from Excel file in the Nx forms. And export the xls file also.You can Find Forms From the Transaction > Nx Forms > Open Manage Nx-Forms.
