Step 1) Make ProfitNx Backup Folder In Other then C or ProfitNx Setup Drive
Step 2) Process > Backup
Step 3) Auto Backup Enable
Step 4) SettingS for > As per Party need if they have not more then 5 Company So Select Company Together Otherwise Select Each Company
Step 5) Select When Take Backup 1) Nx starts 2) Nx closes
Step 6) Select If you want to ask for Confirmation
Step 7) Select Company if you select Company together in Setting For option
Step 8) Select Location for the Save Backup
Step 9) Save
