Some by mistake make multiple same name Account in ProfitNx.So those types of Account you can merge in ProfitNx

Step 1) Go to Master > Account Master > Account Merge
Step 2) After that Open Form of account Merge .
Step 3) Select Old account and New Account in respective manner.
Step 4) If you want to delete an old account select the option.
Step 5) And then press Merge ( Alt + M ) (F2) Note:- If you have the same Account category and Group Head same in old and new account after that you can merge account otherwise you can merge account
