Step 1) Go to Master > Security.
Step 2) Select Date Locking Period
Step 3) There is two option 1) Manual (Date Wise) 2) Automatic (Day Wise)
Step 4) Click on the Manual (Date wise) options and then open Date Lock Setup.
Step 5) After that Press Add (Alt + A).And then after select Use or want to give all so select All User.
Step 6) Give a Date which wants to Data lock.
Step 7) And select the Transaction Type.
Step 8) And Press Save (F2)
