Step 1) Go to Master > User Defined Reports > Control Report Format.
Step 2) Then select Control Report Name like Trading , Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet.
Step 3) Also select the Control Report for the Credit side or Debit side.
Step 4) Then select Group / Sub Group Name and then select up and down.
Step 5) Press Save(Alt + S) (F2)
